Whiff of Joy November release – preview IV

On November 1st, Whiff of Joy will not only be releasing a set of wonderful, charming rubber stamps, but also 4 new, very versatile dies.
I created a set of christmas tags using 3 of them to give you an idea how versatile they are and that they give every project the perfect final touch :)

Am 1. November wird Whiff of Joy nicht nur bezaubernde, neue Stempelmotive herausbringen, sondern auch 4 neue und sehr vielseitige Stanzteile. Ich habe ein Set von Weihnachtshängern gebastelt um euch zu zeigen wie effektiv diese Stanzteile sind und jedes noch so “kleine” Projekt zu etwas Besonderem machen :)

Whiff of Joy November release – Preview III

I am sending you greetings from my city of birth – Vienna. I flew over yesterday to visit my family and to take part in my nephews baptism on saturday. I am staying at my grandparent`s house and it is a real joy to spend some time with them again.

Ich sende euch ganz herzliche Grüße aus Wien. Ich bin gestern hierher geflogen, um meine Familie zu besuchen und an der Taufe meines Neffen, am Samstag, teilzunehmen. Ich wohne bei meinen Großeltern und es ist eine wahre Freude, dass ich wieder einmal so viel Zeit mit ihnen verbringen kann.

I made this card before I left to show you the third of Elisabeth Bell`s “Angel” stamp, Whiff of Joy will be releasing on November 1st. Isn`t she a doll? :)

Ich habe die folgende Karte gebastelt bevor ich aufgebrochen bin, um euch den dritten “Engel” Stempel von Elisabeth Bell zeigen zu können, den Whiff of Joy am 1. November herausbringen wird. Ist sie nicht zuckersüß? :)

I punched the snowflakes (a new metal die from Whiff of Joy) out of heavy watercolour paper (some left overs from my colourations), added liquid glue and sprinkled glitter on top of them (love this golden glitter!!)

Die Schneeflocken (ein neues Stanzteil von Whiff of Joy) habe ich aus schwerem Aquarellpapier ausgestanzt (Reste von meinen colorierten Motiven), mit flüssigem Klebstoff bestrichen und mit Glitzer bedeckt (ich liebe diesen goldenen Glitzer!!).

Whiff of Joy November release - Preview II

Good morning everybody! Today I would like to show you another of Whiff of Joy's new Angel stamps, illustrated by Elisabeth Bell, which will be released on November 1st.
This "Praying angel" stamp imparts such a divine peace and symbolises everything christmas stands for with such a simple gesture. I love it!

Guten Morgen! Heute möchte ich euch einen Weiteren, der neuen Engel Stempel von Whiff of Joy zeigen, der am 1. November erhältlich sein wird.
Dieser "betende Engel" vermittelt in dieser simplen Geste alles wofür Weihnachten steht. Fühlt ihr die "himmlische" Ruhe? :) Ich habe mich sofort in dieses Motiv verliebt.

There is something else to discover besides the wonderful new stamp :)
Whiff of Joy developed it's own pearl brads in unique colours and different sizes. It was quite a long process until I was satisfied with the quality and the design and I am very proud to present you the first 3 collections of our "Magical Pearl Brads" :)

Es gibt auch noch etwas Anderes auf der Karte zu entdecken neben dem traumhaften neuen Stempel :)
Whiff of Joy hat eine eigene Linie von hochwertigen Perlen-Brads entwickelt, die es in einem einzigartigen Design, verschiedenen Farben und Größen geben wird. Es war ein recht langer Prozess, die Brads zu entwickeln und mich mit der Qualität zufrieden zu stellen...haha Deswegen bin ich besonders stolz, euch unsere ersten 3 Perlen-Brad Kollektion vorstellen zu können.

This collection is called "Magic Feelings" and contains 26 pearl brads in the colours heavenly white, light green and distressed brown with a golden socket. Sizes are 6mm and 10mm. Let me know what you think :)

Diese Kollektion heißt "Magic Feelings" und enthält 26 Perlen-Brads in den Farben weiss, helles Grün und distressed Braun mit einem goldenen Sockel. Die Größen sind 6mm und 10mm. Laßt mich wissen wie sie euch gefallen :)

Whiff of Joy November release - Preview I

Wohooo, it's that time of the month again!! We are close to another fabulous Whiff of Joy release (on November 1st). So today I am starting my preview week with an amazing new christmas image by Elisabeth Bell.
Elisabeth designed a fantastic collection of christmas angels for us, which highlight the magic time of christmas perfectly!

Wohoooo, es ist wieder einmal Zeit für einen neuen "Vorschau"-Reigen. Am 1. November gibt es bei Whiff of Joy eine Reihe von wunderschönen, neuen Produkten und damit starten ab heute meine Vorschauen.
Elisabeth Bell hat es geschafft eine traumhafte Kollektion von Weihnachtsengeln zu erschaffen, die perfekt in die Weihnachtszeit passen.

I heart reading - creative bookmark

I have a little bookmark to show today. Once again, I used the super cute "Henry hugging heart stamp" from Whiff of Joy. Have I already mentioned how I love this stamp?? haha

Heute zeige ich euch ein Lesezeichen. Und wieder habe ich den süßen Henry mit seinem Herz von Whiff of Joy benutzt. Habe ich eigentlich schon erwähnt, wie sehr ich diesen Stempel liebe?? haha

I started with cutting a rectangle piece of black cardstock as base of my bookmark. I wanted to use Whiff of Joy's "Magial Tag" die as hanger, so I cut it twice, to make it robuster, and adhered both parts together. I cut the "hills" by hand and sewed them to the paper.

Zuerst habe ich ein rechteckiges Stück schwarzen Cardstock ausgeschnitten, als Basis für mein Lesezeichen. Ich wollte Whiff of Joy's "Magial Tag" Stanzteil als Aufhängung verwenden, deswegen habe ich es 2x ausgestanzt und die 2 Stücke aufeinandergeklebt, damit es stabiler ist. Die kleinen "Hügel" habe ich von Hand ausgeschnitten und mit der Nähmaschine angenäht.

I created the curved shape for the sentiment using two round Nestabilities. First, I cut a small rectangle piece of paper the right width I needed, then I ran it through my Cuttlebug two times.

Den Bogen für den Text habe ich mit 2 runden Nestabilities gestanzt. Zuerst habe ich ein Stück Motivpapier in der richtigen Breite zugeschnitten und dann 2 Mal durch meine Cuttlebug gedreht.
