Breath-taking November release samples

As promised I have a series of fabulous inspiration for you. The Whiff of Joy Design Team Ladies already had the chance to play with Whiff of Joy’s November release goodies. They have outdone themselves and created the most lovely cards and papercraft projects.

Wie versprochen habe ich heute eine ganze Reihe großartiger Inspirations-Bastelleien für euch. Die Ladies des Whiff of Joy Design Teams waren schon vorab mit den neuen Produkten von November kreativ. Ihre Werke sind von erlesener Eleganz und ich bin ganz hin und weg :)

Christmas Eve–a book card–preview

It’s time for another preview of Whiff of Joy’s wonderful November stamps. We have a lovely set of “Henry” stamps coming. Check them out below. Aren’t they super cute?

Zeit für eine weitere Vorschau auf Whiff of Joy’s traumhafte neue Novemberstempel. Wir haben ein Set von lustigen “Henry” Stempeln für euch. Weiter unten könnt ihr sie sehen, sind sie nicht niedlich?

I created a “book-card” with “Henry and the Gingerbread man”. I think I got hooked on this special cardshape, it is very impressive.

Ich habe eine “Buchkarte” mit Henry und dem Lebkuchenmann gebastelt. Was für eine tolle Kartenform, die macht süchtig und einen sehr “noblen” Eindruck :)

The inside of the book-card. I put a card of my boys there, but you can also stamp a nice sentiment or add another coloured image.

Die Innenansicht der Buchkarte. Ich habe ein Foto meiner Jungs hineingeklebt. Ihr könnt aber auch einen schönen Text Stempeln, oder ein weiteres coloriertes Motiv verwenden.

Tidings of Love & Joy–Introducing Christmas Banners

How exciting it is to use new stuff…LOL
I had the chance to play with Whiff of Joy’s new stamp set “Christmas Banners”, which is part of the exciting, christmassy and super lovely Novermber release.
A fun, versatile set of stamps, coordinating with our “Cute Banners Trio” die.

Ach, ich liebe es neue Sachen auszuprobieren…haha
Ich hatte die Gelegenheit mit Whiff of Joy’s neuem Stempelset “Weihnachtswimpel” zu basteln. Dieses ist Teil der neuen November Produkte. Wimpel sind nach wie vor sehr beliebt beim Kartenbasteln und dieses neue Set bietet Möglichkeiten der Kombination. Es paßt zu der Stanze “Niedliches Banner Trio”.

I added stickles around the banners and some of the papers, for the special christmassy touch. Christmas simply has to be sparkly :)

Rund um die Wimpel und manche der Papiere habe ich Stickles gestrichen, für den speziellen Glitzer-Effekt. Weihnachten muss einfach funkeln :)

I coloured the divine Whiff of Joy angel with Twinkling H2Os (Jasper Red is THE perfect christmas red!). Also the background is done with Twinklings (Egyptian Gold).
I used Liquid Pearls for the snowflakes in the background.

Den goldigen Whiff of Joy Engel habe ich mit Twinkling H2O coloriert (Jasper Red ist DAS perfekte Weihnachtsrot). Der Hintergrund ist mit “Egyptian Gold” gemalt.
Die kleinen Schneeflocken im Hintergrund habe ich wieder mit Liquid Pearls gemacht.

I used Whiff of Joy’s “Nested Flowers 1” die to create this vintage flower. Put crackle paint on the borders and spray it with golden glitter spray for the perfect Vintage flair.

Ich habe Whiff of Joy’s “Nested Flowers 1”Stanze verwendet, um diese Vintage Blume herzustellen. Am Schluss streicht einfach etwas crackle paint darüber und besprüht die Blume mit goldenem Glitzerspray.

I created the glitter spray myself. Just fill your MiniMister with water and add some crumbs of your favourite Twinkling H2O colour ( I used Egyptian Gold). The crumbs will dissolve in the water – é voilà – you always have the glitter spray you need at hand :)

Ich habe den Glitzerspray selbst hergestellt. Dafür füllt ihr einfach etwas Wasser in einen MiniMister (oder eine andere Sprühflasche) und löst darin ein paar Brösel eurer Lieblings Twinkling Farbe auf. So habt ihr immer den passenden Farbton an Glitzerspray zur Hand :)
